In this video we teach you how to Reset Sonos Arc. You may need Reset your Sonos Arc if you are setting up a new wifi network, giving away the device or moving out of or into a new home.
To Factor Reset Sonos Arc:
1. First you will need to unplug the Sonos Arc and disconnect the power. You can unplug the device at the wall or at the cord outlet on the back of the device.
2. Then you will need to hold down the infinity button on the back of the device, you will need to keep holding down this infinity button and not let up until you see a green flashing light on the front of the Sonos Arc once you restore power to the Sonos Arc.
3. Plug in the Sonos Arc and restore power all while holding the infinity button. The lights on the front of the device will cycle from white to orange to green. When the light on the front of the device is blinking Green you can then let your finger up from the infinity button and your sonos Arc has been reset.
